What is the maximum capacity?

Our venue can host a maximum of 300 guests for a cocktail event. For seated events, 185 is a more comfortable guest list. 

Do we need to hire security?

One (1) licensed and insured security guard is required per 100 guests at a cost of $50/hour. Security will be scheduled for you by the venue, from the start of the event and until the venue representative has locked the doors at the end of your venue rental time. 

Do I need an event planner?

We require a licensed event planner or day of coordinator to be onsite from setup to tear down. This ensures that someone is overseeing the event and the vendors. This cannot be someone who is attending the wedding as a guest. 

Do you offer an on-site coordinator?

We will have a venue representative onsite, but their role is limited to handling the logistics of the venue itself. They will work with your event planner to ensure everything runs smoothly at the venue.

Where can I park?

There is a paid parking lot next door and you can get a reduced parking cost from the operators, PMC. There is extensive street parking available, but please do not park in spots designated "residential" or you will be fined. We also have many clients who secure valet parking services for their guests.

What is required to reserve my wedding date?

To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. Once both are received, your wedding date is confirmed on our calendar, and we’ll begin working with you to plan your special day!

When is my final balance due?

The final balance is due 60 days before your event date. We’ll send a friendly reminder with a detailed breakdown of any outstanding fees to ensure everything is in order. 

 What if it rains?

Depending on your guest count, you can have both ceremony and reception inside. Our backyard is a great cocktail space while the room is flipped from one to another. If the outside is necessary for the flip or if you want an outdoor ceremony, then we recommend securing a tent rental as a precaution in case of inclement weather. 

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

 We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Your deposit is non-refundable, but If cancellation occurs 61 days prior to the date of the event, there is no additional charge. If cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the date of the event, ninety percent (90%) of the total cost will be retained by Wilburn Street Studio and the remaining ten percent (10%) of the total cost is returnable to Client. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability, within one year of the original date, but additional fees may apply.

Is there a clean-up fee?

No, clean-up is included in your package. There will only be additional charges if there is excessive cleanup required or damage to the property - both will be addressed with your event planner before the end of the night.
