Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 sq ft flexible, indoor space with an additional 2500 sq ft private, outdoor space.

Nestled in East Nashville's historic Cleveland Park, Wilburn Street is a minimalistic canvas awaiting your unique touch. Wilburn Street Studio’s walls and nooks are original to the building’s design as a former goods store, dating back to 1912. The walls make the perfect backdrop, from parties to photoshoots. Our nooks add a unique element where they can be a cozy, hangout spot, serve as a display area or make a fun photo booth spot. While our floors might be new, they represent what would have been here originally.

The back of the space boasts a catering prep area with stainless steel worktops and a fridge. Next door, we have a bridal suite or greenroom with a well lit, mirrored vanity table, bathrooms, and lounge area.

Our large, private backyard is partially grass and crushed gravel. It provides a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony or a fun space to set-up games and make it a real party! Our multifunctional space is perfect for: weddings, photoshoots, music videos, parties, corporate events, and so much more!
